"[Nov. 28 Update] The issue was resolved in two weeks after I posted this review. Anna explained her circumstance to me; she was not aware that State Farm did not process my claim, and she was out of office when I called. Although this whole event was somewhat frustrating at the end, I am glad Anna quickly followed up with her company and processed the refund. Therefore, I changed two stars to four stars. -- Nov. 7, 2018 original review -- She is an okay agent until you ask her to cancel the policy. I agree with other high ratings that she was patient and friendly when you purchase insurance from her. She was also quick in responding emails! However things changed when I informed her that I was moving out of the state and asked her to cancel my policy and send my refund. Anna said okay, but she never followed through. It's been 5 months since I asked her to cancel my policy. I tried to contact her during this whole time because I never received a refund. Now I am getting another 6-month bill, and she is not responding to my calls and email. In reviewing other reviews here, it seems like I am not alone. So be aware."

"I changed my insurance company as soon as possible, in 6 month. Be careful to choose in-drive, even which brings big savings. That is the third party company and your agent won't help you anything, if there is some mailing or returning issue. Whatever my request is, she always follows her thoughts, which brought lots of trouble of understanding. You can easilly call customer service if choosing other auto insurance company, but for State Farm, your agent is the one you need to speak with each time. So if you can not find a proper agent, better leave off."
